About the Founder and Principal Strategist

Roeshana Moore-Evans is the Founder and Principal Strategist of Equity Empowerment, with a proven track record of partnering with leaders across sectors to turn ambitious ideas into tangible, sustainable outcomes.

She has led large-scale initiatives, including business model transformations, complex cross-functional projects, and organization-wide programs. Roeshana helps organizations unlock their potential—making the impossible probable—through strategic evaluation, stakeholder engagement, and targeted strategy development. Her superpower lies in bridging the gap between people and opportunities, curating the right relationships and resources that are needed to drive sustainable, systemic change.

A Boston native, Roeshana’s commitment to community impact was shaped by her personal experiences and education, fueling her dedication to empowering others through her work. She holds both a Bachelor's degree and an MBA from UMass Boston, where she honed her expertise in business management and equity-centered strategies—tools she now applies to create real-world, equitable solutions for her clients.
