About the Founder & Principal

Roeshana Moore-Evans is the Founder and Principal of Equity Empowerment, a social impact consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations transform ambitious visions into sustainable, equity-driven outcomes.

With more than two decades of experience across higher education, research, and public health, she has led large-scale initiatives that reimagine systems, build coalitions, and advance equity. Her work is grounded in a deep belief that when the right people, resources, and strategies align, systemic change is not only possible—it is inevitable.

A strategist and connector at heart, Roeshana specializes in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, program design, and capacity building, helping organizations bridge vision with execution and people with opportunity.

A proud Boston native, she holds both a Bachelor's degree and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Boston, where she focused on leadership, equity, and organizational transformation.
